WHAT IS RECRUITS?
Every year City Fit Shop hosts RECRUITS. It is a very meaningful, and to be honest, our favourite event at City fit Shop as it is the major event that brings together our community.
Recruits brings together coaches, members, and new friends every year to compete in a fun, inclusive, team event. It is for all levels of fitness, for all types of people, and if you haven't completed a RECRUITS Challenge yet we strongly encourage you to do so.
It is always team based, always fun, and is more than just a workout. You will be challenged physically, you will have to work as a team, you will have to problem solve, and most importantly have fun.
It is different every year and the "not knowing" what to expect is half the fun.
If you have never completed a RECRUITS Challenge do it! You won't regret it. If you have, you know the drill. There are very limited spots, so don't be the one that wait's to long and misses out.
