We all want to eat healthy, exercise, sleep 8 hours a day, drink our water, and well as City Fit Shop says, live our best lives - we even know what we need to do - but it’s the “doing it” that is the hard part.

Maybe you were once in a great routine, but it was interrupted by an injury, pandemic, or major lifestyle change. Maybe life has been so overwhelming you don’t have the energy to think about one more thing. Maybe so many people are pulling for your attention that you find yourself at the bottom of your priority list. Maybe you just don’t know where to start.

Fit. Fitter. Fittest was created for people who have serious goals, and who are serious about accomplishing them. Whether your goals are to get stronger, sleep better, reduce your stress, get into a habit of moving 3x/week, improve your endurance, lose weight, or simply to feel better in your own skin, we will arm you with the tools to finally end the yo-yo cycle and build a healthy, sustainable future.

Accountability is the #1 missing component of most fitness programs, and the #1 reason why most programs fail. You aren’t going to let that happen this time, because you’re surrounding yourself with likeminded people - your own personal pit crew!

We will help you to set tangible, achievable nutrition, fitness, and mindset goals - daily habits that will improve your life and health. You will measure your success through weekly personal accountability check-ins and in-class benchmark milestones.

You will be pushed beyond your comfort zone - physically and mentally. You will be required to open up to your Coach and your team about your goals, which won’t be easy for everyone. Your first step is a complimentary 15-minute consultation with a Coach (in-person, phone, or online) to determine fit and answer any questions you may have, as well as set up your scan and accountability appointments.

Once you register for the challenge, you will receive instructions to book your in-person assessment and accountability check-ins, walk through your nutrition profile and join our private What's App group.

DO THE CHALLENGE

Each week, there will be 6 stars to earn:

3 x Workouts (Original or Strong)
1 x Yoga Mobility (Can be done online)

CHALLENGE F.A.Q.

Get the answers you need!

  • How long is the program?
    The program is 31 days long and starts on the Challenge start date. We ask you come 4x week as a minimum to see the most success.
  • This seems challenging? What if it's to hard?
    You know that saying "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you"? Well, it's true. This isn't going to be easy. And it's not for everyone. But it takes TIME to build healthy habits and see sustainable change - and that’s what this challenge is all about. So if you are done with quitting on resolutions after 3 weeks, if you are someone who appreciates a little accountability, and if you looking to make real, meaningful changes in your life, then let's do this together!
  • What if I am gone during the Challenge?
    We want you to commit 100% during the 30 days so we ask you make sure you have the time and ability to commit to the challenge. You can do this! Commit to you!
  • What is training like?
    The training is in a small group format that focuses on kick starting your metabolism and burning those calories, Though challenging, the coaches are amazing at modifying for any limitations and ensuring all participants work at their level, which ranges from absolute beginner to seasoned athlete.
  • What does the goal setting session include?
    It's an opportunity for you to work with a coach to set precise and achievable goals. You will have a plan in place to achieve those goals before the end of the session.
  • Is this a weight loss challenge?
    The goal of the Fit. Fitter. Fittest is to provide accountability, coaching, and support, regardless of your goals. Most of our past challengers do find they see shifts in body composition. But what is more important is what you will gain; a new respect for your body, and tools to help you stay consistent and living your life to your fullest.
  • What are your gym hours?
    We are open every day. All our classes and gym time can be found on our schedule at https://cityfitshop.com/schedule
  • Can I come and use the gym on my own?
    Absolutely and we recommend it. We have a great space and cardio equipment for you to use. We reserve the main area of the gym for classes but feel free to use the rest for your own workouts, warm ups, cool downs, cardio and more.
  • What are your coaches prerequisites??
    All our coaches are certified in group fitness and/or personal training. Every coach has First Aid and CPR, and are actively involved in the fitness community.
  • What is the nutrition like?
    The nutrition plan was designed by our very own registered dietitian Brenda Dreger. She will be available for an questions you have throughout the challenge.
  • I don’t have/don’t want to use What's App. Can I still participate?
    This challenge is all about supporting other challengers and creating accountability. What's App is an easy and free platform to allow that community. With that, in order to be eligible to complete the challenge and win the prizes, you will have to participate. It’s super easy to set up and we can help if you don’t know how!

I've been training with the owners since long before they opened City Fit Shop. The owners, along with the trainers/coaches they employ are there for YOU and to help YOU meet your goals.
