Our fav annual Christmas Eve workout dates back almost 10 years. 

It's an opportunity to get that last workout in before the indulgence of Christmas takes over and you indulge in all the MERRY that Christmas has to offer.

10:30 am - Family Friendly Deck Of Cards Workout

Each card is a workout and your team (random teams are created by the coaches) has to try and complete the entire deck before the end of the class. :)

Stick around for a coffee and chat after. These events are great opportunities to get to know he other members and coaches.
