A SUSTAINABLE + ACCESSIBLE TRAINING PLAN
We know life is busy and you don’t need to run or workout 7 days a week to see results! With both a Walk/Run + Run specific training plan, there is an option for everyone regardless of your starting point.
Expect to complete 3 30-minute runs (or run/walks), 1 strength workout, and 1 recovery workout per week to keep your body feeling strong + mobile.
COACHES WHO CARE
At City Fit we know that in order to succeed you need accountability! This comes from your fellow challengers and expert coaches. Join our weekly information sessions to learn more about: Mindset, Run Gear, Running Form + Technique, and Injury Prevention from guest coaches.
A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY
You will share this journey with your fellow challengers in your corner, connected via a private Facebook group and weekly group information sessions. Need a run buddy, playlist, boost of motivation, or new route recommendation? Your pack has got your back!
RUN YOUR WAY - YOUR PACE
Complete your runs on your own, with a buddy, or with the City Fit Run Community. With two group runs and pace groups available there is an option for everyone!

We all know that there’s more to running than just running. You need strong, stable muscles in order to succeed. This is where City Fit comes in, we are runners at heart and know the foundations you need in order to get better safely. You will have total access to our exclusive run program portal to complete your strength + recovery workouts.
