Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class time. A coach will give you a tour of the gym if you haven't had one already so you are familiar and ready to go for your booking.
Good Athletic Wear
Wear clothes that can wick sweat! Shorts, or tights to allow you to move, and most importantly CLEAN, DRY, RUNNING SHOES. Take good care of those feet and make sure they fit good.
Drink Water
Hydration is very important. Make sure you drink water throughout the day so when class time comes you are hydrated. Make sure you bring a water bottle as well.
