We customize all our school bookings to accomodate requirements, requests, and any other concerns the schools may have,

City Fit Shop is a great location to get your students moving and let them explore the sport of ninja fitness and more. We are an approved vendor for all the surrounding school boards and love having your students come play with us.

  • All coaches are First Aid/CPR Certified
  • 60, 75, 90, 120 Min Instructed Classes
  • Accommodate up to a maximum of 35 children.
  • Coach-to-Student Ratio's
    • Dependent upon teachers attending, volunteers, age, and program requested.
    • We recommend:
      • 2 coaches for more than 20-25 kids for grades 10-12.
      • 2 coaches for more than 20 kids for grades 7-9
      • 2 coaches for more than 15 kids for grades 4-6.
      • 2 coaches for more than 10 kids for grades 1-4.

    20 students per coach for grades 7-9, 12 students per coach for grades K-6, and 8 students per coach for preschool.

WAIVERS

As an approved vendor we have the forms you need for your students. Each student will need a waiver/risk form before participating.
