Please be advised that all Kids Services (camp, group bookings, parties, etc.) cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled start date will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made up to 15 days before the scheduled start date will be processed with a penalty of that equates to 30% of your purchase.

 

There are no refunds for services cancelled within 14 days of the service. You can request a credit for other services.

 

We offer a 2 class guarantee for new customers. If, for whatever reason, your child doesn't like the program after 2 weeks, or 2 classes (whichever comes first) we will refund you the remaining classes, no questions asked.

City Fit Shop Inc. requires a written request to terminate the membership with 7 days notice. Any membership dues that are within the next 7 day cancellation period will be billed. The member has 28 days from their last payment of membership to utilize the facility.

There is a deferred sign-up fee of $60.00 if the membership is terminated within the 1st 3 months.

There are no refunds on memberships.
