Coach Rick

Led by Rick LeMoignan, our Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, this program combines expert guidance with proven techniques. Rick is:

CSCS Certified (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Mary's University
Saint Mary's Huskies Football 2014-2018
Receivers Coach for the Edmonton Wildcats Football Team (CJFL) 2023-Present
First Aid Certified

A Message from Coach Rick:

“Sport and training have always been my #1 passion. At Saint Mary’s University, I was honored as the 2015 Team MVP, an Atlantic University Sport All-Star, and a 2-time Academic All-Canadian.

I also had the privilege of being a member of the 2015 Team Canada U19 team. My time with the Edmonton Wildcats Football Team (CJFL) included winning the King of The Cats Award (best combine testing results).

Prior to these roles, I excelled at Austin O’Brien High School, where I was part of the 2011 Provincial Champions team, received the Most Outstanding Receiver Award in the 2012 Senior Bowl (Team North), and was a standout athlete in football, basketball, and track and field.

I am excited to bring this wealth of experience and passion to help your child achieve their athletic goals.”
