City Fit Shop is all about creating the ultimate ninja experience and we have a variety of ways we do just that, including our open gym sessions!
Whether you’re a longtime member, or you’re just starting to dip your toe into the sport, open gym is the perfect opportunity to explore your ninja skills, and put them to the test.
Plus, if you’re thinking about trying any of our programs, this is a great way for you to see what City Fit Shop is all about!
All you need to bring is an adventurous spirit and:
- Clean dry running shoes
- Water bottle for hydration
- Wear comfortable clothing you can move around in.

There is free parking.
We recommend ages 5 and up.
You can stay for up to 90 minutes per Open Gym session depending on gym hours.
You sure do. Each child requires a waiver be filled out before they can participate and if the parent will be entering the gym area they too need a wiaver.
Open gym is instructor-supervised; however, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. No need to purchase admission for the accompanying adult if they are not also participating.
