Arrive 15 Minutes Early

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class time. A coach will ask you about your fitness goals as well as any orthopedic issues we should know about. We will give you a tour of the gym if you haven't had one already so you are familiar and ready to go at class time.

Good Athletic Wear

Wear clothes that can wick sweat! Shorts, or tights to allow you to move, and most importantly CLEAN, DRY, RUNNING SHOES. Take good care of those feet and make sure they fit good.

Drink Water

Hydration is very important. Make sure you drink water throughout the day so when class time comes you are hydrated. Make sure you bring a water bottle as well.

Sweat Towel

One thing is for sure, you are going to get sweaty. Bring a towel to wipe those beads of sweat off your brow!

Fantastic facility and the staff/trainers, are amazing!! Was recommended by a friend to try it out. Loved it! Never the same workout twice. The trainers are there working directly with you, coaching and ensuring proper form. The obstacle course training and prep are a new and exciting challenge as well. All around fantastic experience and would highly recommend for any age group. Including little ones (special toddler classes)!!!

I've been training with the owners since long before they opened City Fit Shop. The owners, along with the trainers/coaches they employ are there for YOU and to help YOU meet your goals. This is a community, not a "gym" or a "box". If you want to sweat, have fun and make friends - this is your jam! Everyone celebrates your accomplishments and supports you through the tough times. Wonderful place and can't recommend it enough!
