Same basic curriculum for both options. 1-on-1 is fully customized and paced just for you. Group is more social and budget-friendly with coach corrections. If you have injuries ore require special modifications/support we recommend the 1-on-1 so we can work directly with you to develop an effective and safe program for your specific needs.

Start with 1-on-1. We’ll tailor movements and progressions to your body and comfort. With the custom training you will be ready to go with a solid plan before you jump into any group sessions.

If you are registered in the group session you are expected to make all the sessions as we cannot reschedule. For 1-on-1 if you provide 24 hours notice we can easily reschedule within the 2 week program window.

Being fit isn’t the same as being fluent in our key movements and class flow. Foundations makes sure your technique is solid, your setup is safe, and you can jump into classes feeling confident—not guessing.
