Our classes will help build skill in the obstacles and help you prepare for any obstacle you may face in these fun, challenging, and increasingly popular races.

OCR Technique classes focus on skill development. Master the obstacles and build the strength!
OCR Conditioning classes mimic race conditions combining cardio, strength, and obstacles.

Let THE CITY FIT SHOP get you moving with our challenging yet fun class that couples HIIT (high intensity interval training) principles and FUN. You don't need a screen and a heart rate monitor to know you are working hard. Using treadmills, rowers, and spin bikes, we will get the heart pumping and with med balls, weights, and much more we will get those muscles working hard.

Don't let those babies and toddlers keep you from a great workout... BRING THEM. Our experienced pre and post natal certified instructors will get you fit and back at it with a great workout. Understanding the challenges of child birth and pregnancy, and the drive to get that baby weight off, we will get you working hard and having fun.

We may not be a BOX but that doesn't mean we can't pump out some serious WOD's for you! Sign up for our metabolic strength and conditioning class that will help build strength and power using a constantly varied Workout Of the Day!
